2 DEAD IN HOSPITAL RAMPAGE

2 persons were shot dead in a hospital shootout, when a uncontrolled gunman opened fire in the lobby of a California hospital killing one person and wounding another, before he triggered the gun aiming at his own head. This incident took place at the long beach memorial hospital about 40 kilometers from the south of Los Angeles. The gunman was identified as the hospital pharmacist and the victims were his co-employees.

The motive for gun fire is believed to be the frustration caused because of his dismissal notice. The unstable employee took his gun and shot down one of his co-workers and severely injured the other before killing himself. Though it is a small incident, such gunfire are becoming common all around the U.S due to havoc caused by this economic crisis situation, and such incidents will continue if the economy does not retain it’s previous stability.
